Our Story Starts in East Perth
The journey of Cleaning Collective began in a small apartment complex in East Perth, shortly after our family moved in. We were disappointed with the standard of cleaning in the building and we wanted that to change. Rather than just complain, we saw an opportunity: what if we could take on the cleaning ourselves?
We approached the strata management and offered to step in. It wasn’t long before we started receiving positive feedback from other owners in the building. People noticed the difference and greatly appreciated it.
That experience sparked an idea: if we could raise the standard here, why not bring that same level of care to other apartment complexes across Perth?
We began treating every building as if it were our own. That philosophy became the foundation of our company and the standard we still uphold today. Whether it’s a small strata block or a large commercial facility, we clean with pride, precision, and personal responsibility.

What started with a single apartment complex in East Perth has grown into something much larger. Over the last 20 years, Cleaning Collective has expanded from that one building we lived in, to a trusted provider servicing over 45 strata-managed properties across Perth.
